320 E 4th St., Hinsdale is a 12,000-square-foot home that closed on July 11 for $4.7 million. The home features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The property is under an acre and includes landscaped gardens, a four-car garage, a heated driveway, home gym, pool, wine cellar, indoor basketball court, home theater and elevator. It was custom-built in 2001 and has been featured in Traditional Homes Magazine, according to the listing.

It was listed for sale in August 2021 for $5.6 million, sitting on the market for seven months before coming under contract in March. Dawn Mckenna with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the sellers and Julie Sutton at Compass worked with the buyers.
